I. Overview

       LDFS type adjustable gas dew point device (atmosphere moisture device), used for calibration of precision dew point meter, resistance-capacitance method dew point meter and electrolytic method trace moisture meter. The gas can be adjusted arbitrarily and the proportional value can be continuously generated in the range of -75℃～20℃ Gas with constant dew point humidity (moisture) inside. It is suitable for measurement and testing institutes, electric power experimental research institutes, university laboratories, scientific research institutes, dew point meter manufacturers, iron and steel plants, and military enterprises.

2. Working principle

     The dew point humidity adjustable device produced by our company has powerful functions. It is different from the dew point humidity device currently seen on the market. It requires two channels of gas to be input from the outside, and the gas dew point requirements are very high (less than -75 ℃), and then Through the proportional regulator, only a proportional distribution function is realized. The dew point gas generator produced by our company is a perfect combination of two gas generators, one is dry gas and the other is humidified gas. The wet gas and the dry gas are mixed by automatically controlling the dry and wet mixing ratio to achieve humidity control. The device is small and exquisite, and the operation is simple. It is an ideal multi-purpose dew point generator. The drying gas in the device adopts advanced chromatographic separation method, and the air is introduced into the molecular sieve, and other impurities such as carbon dioxide, moisture and sulfide are removed through the molecular sieve, and the dry gas with a dew point of -75 °C is output.

3. Performance

3.1 The gas supplied by the air compression pump is introduced into the molecular sieve by using advanced chromatographic separation method and technology. Other impurities such as carbon dioxide, water and sulfide are removed through the molecular sieve and then enter the gas storage tank. After adjusting the appropriate pressure and flow rate in the gas storage tank, the Dry gas with -75°C dew point can be used directly. The moisture adsorbent is automatically regenerated using a stainless steel cylinder and does not need to be replaced.

3.2 The built-in oil-free air compressor works with automatic drainage function.

3.3 The gas storage tank and gas path are connected by high-quality stainless steel pipes (replacement), (to prevent the discharge of yellow rust from polluting the laboratory);

3.4 Water gas separator, automatic and manual drainage dual functions, adjustable working pressure, barometer display, dew point display;

3.5 Automatic pressure relief device, no pressure start, more durable motor;

3.6 The motor is accidentally overheated, automatically shut down for protection, and automatically reset after cooling;

3.7 Simple operation, one-button operation can automatically generate air, suitable for 24-hour continuous operation.
